Festa no Brasil - for String Quartet 6'

 

Festa no Brasil sounds exactly like its title: it is one big party! The piece begins with an energetic opening that quickly leads to an all-out dance. Through a few twists and turns, the music then moves from sheer excitement to the whimsical, humorous middle section. With the frenzy returning of the opening dance theme, the piece ends on a joyful exclamation!
